Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who help us identify and recruit top talent for our team, particularly in high-demand areas such as tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All full-time and part-time employees of IBP are eligible to participate in the Referral Bonus Program.
• Referred candidates must be external applicants. Internal transfers or promotions do not qualify for referral bonuses.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Developers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, remaining 50% after six months of employment.
• IT Support, QA Engineers, Business Analysts:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

Other Roles

• Skilled Trades, Sales Representatives, Administrative Staff:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days, remaining 50% after six months of employment.

Referral Submission Process

1. Identify a Candidate: Think of professionals in your network who might be a good fit for our open roles.
2. Submit a Referral: Email the candidate’s resume and contact information to the HR department, specifying that this is a referral submission.
3. HR Review: The HR team will review the referral and determine if the candidate will proceed in the hiring process.
4. Track Referral Status: You will be notified about the candidate’s status throughout the hiring process.
