• Who can refer? Current employees of Inspiration Mobility and external partners.
• Who can be referred? Candidates must be new to the company and not already in the recruitment pipeline.

• Junior and Mid-Level Positions:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Example Roles: Software Engineer, Product Analyst, UI/UX Designer
  • Eligibility for Bonus: Paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
