Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Junior to Mid-Level): $3,000
• Senior Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $2,000
• Sales Representatives: $2,500
• HR and Administrative Roles: $1,500
• Finance Analysts: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All Innoviva employees, except for HR and recruiting staff, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal. Make sure to include the candidate's resume and a brief note on why they would be a good fit for the role.

2. Acknowledge Receipt: Once the referral is submitted, HR will acknowledge receipt and begin the evaluation process.

3. Interview and Selection: If the referred candidate is selected for an interview, the referring employee will be notified about the progress.

4. Hire and Bonus Payment: Upon hiring and successful completion of the probationary
