1. Software Engineers (All Levels)

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% after the probationary period.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete a 90-day probationary period.
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the candidate's first month and the remaining 50% after the probationary period.

3. UX/UI Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
