Here’s a detailed breakdown of the program, focusing on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,200
• UI/UX Designer: $2,800
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000
• QA Engineer: $2,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Human Resources Manager: $2,200
• Finance Analyst: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees of Innodata are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • The referred candidate must not have applied to Innodata in the past 12 months.

2. Payment Process:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

3. Conditions:

   • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be actively employed at the time of each payout.
   • There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.

How to Refer

1. Submission:

   • Complete the referral form available on the company’s internal portal.
   • Attach the candidate's resume and any additional relevant documents.

2. Tracking:

   • Employees can track the status of their referrals through the internal portal.
