- Software Engineer: $3,000

Eligibility and Payment

Eligibility:
- All full-time employees of Innodata are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- The referred candidate must not have applied to Innodata in the past 12 months.

- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
