Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product roles, Ingles Markets recognizes the importance of hiring skilled professionals who can drive innovation. As a result, we offer attractive referral bonuses to incentivize our employees to refer qualified candidates. Here's a breakdown of the referral bonus structure for tech and product roles:

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• QA Engineers: $3,500

Referral Bonus Process

1. Eligibility: All current Ingles Markets employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Bonuses are paid out for successful referrals that lead to a hire.

2. Referral Submission: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral platform. Required information includes the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation.

3. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days with Ingles Markets.
   • Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.

4. Eligibility Criteria for Bonus:

   • The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Ingles Markets or have applied in the past 12 months.
   • The referring employee must be actively employed by Ingles Markets at the time of bonus payout.
