Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Employees who refer candidates for tech and product positions are eligible for a higher referral bonus due to the specialized skills and expertise required for these roles. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of successful employment.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, Quality Assurance Analysts:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% after 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of successful employment.

Other Roles

For roles outside of the tech and product categories, the referral bonus is still competitive, reflecting our appreciation for referrals across all departments.
