Employees who refer candidates for tech and product positions are eligible for a higher referral bonus due to the specialized skills and expertise required for these roles. The bonus structure is as follows:

Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months of successful employment.
