Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Human Resources Manager: $3,000

Bonus Payment Terms

1. Eligibility:

   • All current employees, except those directly involved in the hiring process, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral submission process to qualify.

2. Payment Timeline:

   • Bonuses are paid in two installments:
     • 50% upon the candidate's successful completion of their probationary period (typically 90 days).
     • 50% after the candidate completes one year of employment.

3. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must not have applied within the past 12 months or be in our existing candidate database.
   • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed by Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. at the time of bonus installment payouts.
