Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonuses vary depending on the role and level of the position being filled. Below are the details for standard bonuses associated with different job categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Junior Developer/Engineer: $1,500
• Mid-level Developer/Engineer: $3,000
• Senior Developer/Engineer: $5,000
• Lead/Principal Engineer: $7,500
• Product Manager: $4,000
• Senior Product Manager: $6,000
• UX/UI Designer: $3,500
• Data Scientist/Analyst: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing: $2,000 - $5,000 (depending on seniority)
• Human Resources: $2,000
• Finance: $2,500
• Operations: $2,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral bonus is applicable only for full-time roles.
• The candidate must not have applied to InfoGain in the last 12 months.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 3 months.
• Bonuses are processed through payroll and subject to standard deductions.

How to Refer a Candidate

1. Submit Referral: Fill out the referral form available on the internal employee portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact details.
