InfoBeans Referral Bonus Program

At InfoBeans, we value and encourage employee referrals as a key part of our recruitment strategy. By referring candidates who align with our company culture and standards, you play an essential role in building our team. Here's a detailed overview of our referral bonus program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles.

Eligibility

• All full-time employees of InfoBeans are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or via email to the HR department.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role and level of the position. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different categories:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer (Junior/Mid-level): $1,000
• Software Engineer (Senior): $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Technical Architect: $3,000
• DevOps Engineer: $1,500
• UX/UI Designer: $1,200
• Data Scientist: $2,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $800
• Sales Executive: $1,000
• HR Specialist: $1,000
• Finance Analyst: $900

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment (50%): Upon the referred candidate's successful completion of three months of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

Conditions

• The referred candidate must not have applied to any InfoBeans roles in the last six months.
• Only one referral bonus will be paid per candidate. If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer.
• Employees involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate are not eligible for the bonus
