This program is designed to encourage our current employees to refer skilled professionals for open positions within the company, particularly in tech and product roles, though it is applicable to other roles as well.

Key Details of the Referral Bonus Program

• Eligibility: All active full-time employees of Indivior PLC are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, such as recruiters and hiring managers.

• Eligible Positions: The referral bonus is applicable to all open positions, with a focus on technology and product development roles. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • UX/UI Designers
  • Data Scientists
  • IT Specialists

• Bonus Amount: The referral bonus is tiered based on the level and criticality of the position:

  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Junior Positions: $1,000
    • Mid-Level Positions: $2,500
    • Senior and Critical Positions: $5,000
  • Other Roles:
    • Standard Positions: $1,000
    • Senior Positions: $3,000

• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  1. 50% of the bonus is awarded once the referred candidate has successfully completed their first 90 days of employment.
  2. The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.

• Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their resumes through the internal referral portal or by emailing the HR department with the candidate's details and the position they are being referred for.
