Program Details

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current Incyte employees, except those involved in the hiring decision process, HR personnel, and senior management.
• Referred Candidates: Individuals not currently employed by Incyte and who have not applied within the last 12 months.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies based on the position level and department. Below are the estimated bonus amounts for different roles:

Tech/Product Roles

• Entry-Level Positions (e.g., Junior Software Engineer, Product Analyst): $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $2,500
• Senior-Level Positions (e.g., Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager): $5,000

Non-Tech Roles

• Entry-Level Positions (e.g., Administrative Assistant): $500
• Mid-Level Positions (e.g., Marketing Specialist, HR Generalist): $1,500

Bonus Payment Conditions

• The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment.
