Program Overview

The referral bonus program rewards employees who successfully refer candidates who are hired for eligible positions. This initiative not only helps streamline our recruitment process but also recognizes and compensates employees for their valuable contributions.

Eligible Positions

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers
• Product Roles: Product Designers, Product Analysts, Product Marketing Managers
• Other Roles: Sales Executives, Customer Success Managers, HR Specialists

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $3,000 bonus upon successful hire
• Data Scientists: $3,000 bonus upon successful hire
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000 bonus upon successful hire
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500 bonus upon successful hire
• Product Managers: $3,000 bonus upon successful hire
• Product Designers: $2,500 bonus upon successful hire
• Product Analysts: $2,000 bonus upon successful hire
• Product Marketing Managers: $2,500 bonus upon successful hire

Other Roles

• Sales Executives: $2,000 bonus upon successful hire
• Customer Success Managers: $1,500 bonus upon successful hire

Bonus Payout Conditions

• The referred candidate must successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of the bonus payout.
• Referrals must be submitted through the proper channels as outlined in the employee
