Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:
     • Successful referral bonus: $5,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • 50% after the referred employee completes three months of employment.
       • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

2. Other Technical Roles (e.g., IT Support, QA Engineers):

   • Successful referral bonus: $3,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred employee completes three months of employment.
     • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

3. Non-Tech Roles (e.g., Sales, Administration):

Eligibility Criteria
