Referral Bonus Structure

1. Eligibility

   • All full-time IMAX employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of the IMAX recruitment database.

2. Referral Bonus Amounts

   • Tech/Product Roles:
     • Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist: $3,000
     • Senior Software Engineer, Senior Product Manager, Lead Data Scientist: $5,000
     • Engineering Manager, Director of Product Management, Chief Data Scientist: $7,000
   • Non-Tech Roles:
     • Administrative, Customer Support: $1,000
     • Sales, Marketing, HR: $2,000
     • Senior Sales/Marketing, HR Manager: $3,500

3. Payment Process

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
   • The bonus is subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

4. Additional Conditions

   • There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make.
   • Bonuses are only paid for full-time positions.
   • Referral bonuses are not applicable if the referred candidate is hired into a contract or internship position.
