Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who refer qualified candidates to join our team, particularly in tech and product roles. Below is a detailed overview of the referral program, including potential bonuses and guidelines.
Referral Bonus Structure
1. Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, etc.
- Referral Bonus: $5,000
- Payout Schedule:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
2. Other Roles:
- Sales, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, etc.
- Referral Bonus: $2,000
- Payout Schedule:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility:
- Must be a current employee of IGT.
- Cannot be a member of the hiring team for the referred position.
- Immediate family members of the referred candidate are not eligible for the bonus.

- Must be a new candidate who has not applied to IGT in the past 12 months.
- Must successfully pass the recruitment process and accept a full-time position.
