IES Holdings Referral Bonus Program

IES Holdings recognizes the value of employee referrals in attracting top talent, particularly for tech and product roles. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who help us find and hire outstanding candidates. Here's a detailed overview of the program, including estimates and specific numbers where applicable.

Referral Bonus Overview

Our referral bonus program is structured to incentivize employees to refer high-quality candidates for open positions, with a particular focus on tech and product roles. While these roles are prioritized, bonuses are also available for other positions across the company.

Eligibility

• Who Can Refer? All full-time employees of IES Holdings are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers and HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Who Can Be Referred? Candidates must not have applied to IES Holdings in the past 12 months to be eligible as a referral.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Referral Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 upon the referred candidate's successful hire and completion of 30 days of employment.
     • $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

2. Other Roles:

   • Referral Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,000 after 30 days of the candidate's successful hire.
     • $1,000 after 6 months of continuous employment.

Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal employee portal. Ensure the candidate is aware and consents to the referral.
2. Tracking: The HR team will provide updates on the referral status and any relevant stages of the recruitment process.
3. Notification of Bonus: Employees will be notified via email upon successful completion of each bonus milestone
