The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and retained for a specified period. Below is a detailed overview of the program, including estimates for bonuses based on role categories.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Referral Bonus: $3,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
       • $1,500 paid after the new hire completes 6 months.

2. Other Technical Roles:

   • System Administrators, Network Engineers:
     • Referral Bonus: $2,000
     • Payment Schedule:
       • $1,000 paid after the new hire completes 90 days.
       • $1,000 paid after the new hire completes 6 months.

3. Non-Technical Roles:

   • Sales, Marketing, Administrative:
