Referral Bonus Structure

The bonus amounts vary depending on the role and its level within the company:

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Software Engineer: $2,000
  • Product Manager: $2,500
  • Data Scientist: $3,000
• Other Roles:
  • Sales Executive: $1,500
  • Marketing Specialist: $1,000
  • Customer Support: $750

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active, full-time employee at Identiv.
• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and remain with the company for at least 90 days.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies for the position.
