The referral bonuses for tech and product roles are structured to attract high-caliber candidates. The bonuses are tiered based on the role's level and criticality:

• Software Engineer

  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $2,500
  • Senior Level: $4,000

• Product Manager

  • Associate Level: $1,000
  • Mid Level: $2,000
  • Senior Level: $3,500

• Data Scientist/Analyst

  • Entry Level: $1,200
  • Mid Level: $2,200
  • Senior Level: $3,800

Other Roles

While the focus is on tech and product roles, Idaho Strategic Resources also offers referral bonuses for other positions within the company:

• Operations Manager: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All current employees, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

• Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment (50%): After the referred candidate successfully completes 30 days of employment.
  • Second Installment (50%): After the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
