Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, which are critical to our company’s success, ICAD offers a competitive referral bonus:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

For other roles within the company, the referral bonuses are as follows:

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Manager: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000

Eligibility and Payment Details

• Eligibility: All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official ICAD referral portal. The referral must include the candidate's resume and contact information.
• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
