Program Overview

• Referral Eligibility: All active employees of i3_Verticals are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position or HR personnel.

• Eligible Positions: The referral program applies to full-time roles across the organization, with a focus on tech and product positions such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX/UI Designers. Other roles in sales, finance, and operations are also eligible.

• Bonus Structure:

  • Tech/Product Roles: Due to the competitive nature and high demand, referrals for tech and product roles have a higher bonus amount.
    • Software Engineer: $5,000
    • Product Manager: $4,500
    • Data Scientist: $5,000
    • UX/UI Designer: $4,000
  • Other Roles: While tech and product roles are prioritized, we also offer bonuses for other key positions.
