Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Development Roles:

   • Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers.
   • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $2,500 upon successful completion of the referred employee's first 90 days.
     • Additional $2,500 after the referred employee completes one year of employment.

2. Other Roles:

   • Eligible Positions: Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Support.
   • Bonus Amount: Up to $2,000
   • Payment Schedule:

Eligibility Criteria
