As part of our commitment to building a strong team, we offer a competitive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates, particularly for our tech and product roles, though it extends to other positions as well.

Program Highlights

• Eligibility: All full-time Huntsman Corporation employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Temporary employees, contractors, and HR personnel are not eligible for referral bonuses.

• Referral Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: Employees who refer candidates for tech and product roles can earn a referral bonus of up to $5,000 upon the successful hire of the candidate.
  • Other Roles: For roles outside of tech and product, the referral bonus typically ranges from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on the level and requirements of the position.

• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate has completed 180 days of employment.

• Qualified Referrals: A qualified referral is defined as a candidate not already in the Huntsman Corporation recruitment process or database. The referred candidate must meet the qualification requirements for the role and successfully pass all stages of the hiring process.

• Submission Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal. The submission should include the candidate’s resume and a brief explanation of why they are a good fit for the role.

Additional Information

• Multiple Referrals: If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the referral bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
