Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of Hudson Pacific Properties are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process: Employees should submit referrals through the company's designated referral portal. The referral must include the candidate's resume and any relevant information that supports their qualification for the role.

3. Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • 50% after the referred candidate has completed their first 90 days of employment.
   • Remaining 50% after the candidate has completed 6 months of employment.

4. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
   • The employee making the referral must be actively employed at Hudson Pacific Properties at the time of both bonus payments.
   • If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral was submitted first.

5. Exclusions:

   • Referrals for internship or temporary positions are
