To incentivize and reward employees for referring strong candidates, we have implemented a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
For tech and product roles, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and UX/UI Designers, we offer a competitive referral bonus due to the high demand and specialized skills required for these positions.
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete 6 months of employment.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus ($2,500) is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- The remaining 50% ($2,500) is paid after the candidate completes 6 months.
Other Roles
For non-tech roles, such as marketing, finance, and human resources positions, the referral bonus is structured to reflect the market demand and recruitment ease for these positions.
- Bonus Amount: $2,000
- Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete 6 months of employment.
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus ($1,000) is paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- The remaining 50% ($1,000) is paid after the candidate completes 6 months.
Additional Details
- Who Can Refer: All full-time employees of HSN Inc. are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Who Can Be Referred: Candidates must not have applied for any position at HSN Inc. within the last 12 months prior to the referral. They should not be previous
