The HPM Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer talented individuals for various roles within the company, with a particular focus on tech and product positions. Eligibility
- All current full-time employees of HPM are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referrals for interns, contractors, or temporary positions are not eligible for bonuses.
Referral Process
- Submission: Employees must submit candidate referrals through the official HPM referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant details.
- Acknowledgment: Once the referral is submitted, the employee will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the receipt of the referral.
- Tracking: Referrals are tracked throughout the recruitment process, and employees are notified of the progress.

Payment Details
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
