At Howmet Aerospace, we value the power of networking and the quality of candidates that come through referrals. Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees to refer top talent, particularly for our tech and product roles, but also for other positions across the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Referral Bonus: $3,000
     • Payout Timeline:
       • 50% after 3 months of the candidate's successful start.
       • 50% after 12 months of continuous employment.

2. Other Roles:

   • Engineering, Operations, Administrative:
     • Referral Bonus: $1,500
     • Payout Timeline:
       • 50% after 3 months of the candidate's successful start.
       • 50% after 12 months of continuous employment.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be new to Howmet Aerospace and not currently in the recruitment process.

• Submission Process: Referrals must be submitted through our internal referral portal, including the candidate's resume and contact information.

• Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful once the candidate has been hired and has completed the required employment duration as outlined above.

Additional Details

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates and receive bonuses for each successful hire.

• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through normal payroll.

• Program Updates: Howmet Aerospace reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral bonus program at any time, with or without notice.
