1. Software Engineers & Developers

   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after 12 months of employment.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Payment Structure:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after 12 months of employment.

3. Data Analysts & Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Payment Structure:
