Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired. Below are the details of the referral bonus program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Financial Analyst: $2,500
• HR Specialist: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be an active employee of Horizon Technology Finance at the time of the referral and when the bonus is paid.
• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment for the bonus to be eligible.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral program channels to qualify for the bonus.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit a referral via the internal referral portal, providing candidate details and attaching a resume.
2. Interview Process: Referred candidates will undergo the standard interview process.
3. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired and meets the eligibility criteria, the referring employee will be notified.
4. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be processed and included in the referring employee's next payroll cycle once the referred candidate completes the 90-day employment period.
