Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments. The first half after the new hire completes 90 days of employment and the second half after six months.

• Product Manager:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Payment Schedule: Similar to Software Engineers, paid in two installments at 90 days and six months.

• Data Analyst:
