Home Bancorp values talent acquisition and understands the importance of employee referrals in building a skilled workforce. To incentivize our team to bring in top-tier candidates, we offer a competitive referral bonus program. This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that contribute to our mission and help us grow.

Referral Bonus Overview

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current Home Bancorp employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except those involved in the recruitment process, such as HR staff and hiring managers.
• Referred Candidates: Candidates must be new to our recruitment process and not have applied independently within the past 12 months.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support:
  • Referral Bonus: $1,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred employee completes 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred employee completes 12 months.

Program Guidelines

1. Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Home Bancorp employee portal using the referral form, which includes the candidate's resume and a brief recommendation.
2. Acknowledgment: Employees will receive an acknowledgment email upon successful submission of a referral.
3. Qualification: Only full-time roles qualify for the referral bonus. Internships and temporary positions are excluded.
4. Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, but bonuses are only granted for candidates who are successfully hired and meet the tenure
