To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive referral bonus program that rewards employees for referring qualified candidates to open positions within our company. This program is particularly focused on tech and product roles, but also extends to other key positions. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus structure:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack): $3,000
• Product Managers: $2,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $2,500
• UX/UI Designers: $2,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $1,500
• Sales Associates: $1,500
• HR Specialists: $1,000
• Customer Support Representatives: $1,000

Bonus Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility:

   • All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
   • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal to be considered valid.

2. Referral Criteria:

   • The candidate must not have worked for Holley in the past 12 months.
   • The candidate must be hired as a full-time employee and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

3. Payment Process:

   • Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 30 days of employment.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes the 90-day probationary period.

4. Multiple Referrals:

   • If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
