HKIT Architects values the contributions of its employees and recognizes the importance of building a strong, talented team. To this end, we have established a Referral Bonus Program that incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company, with a focus on tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Breakdown:
     • $1,500 upon successful hire of the candidate.
     • $1,500 after the candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Breakdown:
     • $1,500 upon successful hire of the candidate.
     • $1,500 after the candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

3. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Breakdown:
     • $1,250 upon successful hire of the candidate.
     • $1,250 after the candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles

1. Architectural Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Breakdown:
     • $1,000 upon successful hire of the candidate.
     • $1,000 after the candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

2. Project Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Breakdown:
     • $1,250 upon successful hire of the candidate.
     • $1,250 after the candidate successfully completes 6 months of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies or is contacted by our recruiting team.
• The referred candidate must not be a previous employee or contractor who has worked with HKIT
