Our referral bonus program rewards employees who successfully refer candidates that result in a hire. The bonuses are designed to incentivize employees to help us find the best fit for our team while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing: $3,000
• Human Resources: $2,500
• Finance and Accounting: $2,500
• Customer Support: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Employee Eligibility: All full-time employees of Hillman Solutions are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
2. Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must be external to the company and not have applied within the last 6 months.
3. Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for at least 90 days.

Payment Details

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 30 days and the remaining 50% after 90 days of continuous employment.
