Tech / Product Roles

For referrals in our tech and product divisions, we offer competitive bonuses as these roles are vital for our innovation and growth. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Key Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also value referrals for other positions. Bonuses for these roles are structured to reflect their strategic importance:

• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Human Resources Manager: $2,000
• Customer Support Lead: $1,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be submitted through our dedicated referral portal to be considered.
• Payment Timeline: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus will be paid once the referred candidate has successfully completed 3 months of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate has completed 6 months of employment.

Conditions

• Previous Applicants: Candidates who have previously applied to Hillevax within the last 12 months are ineligible for referral bonuses.
