1. Software Engineers

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days
     • $1,500 after the new hire completes one year

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payment Schedule:
