Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For referrals to tech and product positions, we offer a competitive bonus due to the high demand and specialized skills required in these areas. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $4,500

Other Roles

While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also value referrals for other positions across the company. The bonus structure for non-tech roles is as follows:

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500
• HR Coordinator: $2,000
• Finance Analyst: $2,500

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time Heritage Global employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be new candidates who have not previously applied to Heritage Global within the past year.
• Payment Process: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments. The first half will be paid after the referred candidate has successfully completed 90 days of employment. The second half will be paid after the candidate reaches their 6-month employment anniversary.
• Referral Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the official company referral portal. Ensure all candidate information is accurate and complete to facilitate the hiring process.
