Referral Bonus Structure

Eligibility and Payment Process

1. Eligibility:
   • All full-time employees of Hepion Pharmaceuticals are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for hiring managers responsible for the referred position.
   • The referral must be submitted through the official referral portal to qualify for the bonus.
2. Payment Process:
   • The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
     • First Installment: 50% of the bonus will be paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
     • Second Installment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Details

• Referred Candidates: To qualify for a bonus, referred candidates must not have been previously employed by or have an active application with Hepion Pharmaceuticals within the last 12 months.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer, as determined by the timestamp on the referral submission.
