  • Eligibility: Bonuses are typically awarded after the referred candidate has completed a 90-day probationary period.
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain in the position for at least 90 days.

Other Roles

• Operations, Sales, and Administrative Positions:
  • Referral Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech roles, the bonus is awarded after a 90-day period post-hire.
  • Conditions: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and retained for a minimum of 90 days.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the company’s internal referral portal. Ensure that all candidate information is accurate and complete.
2. Tracking: Once a referral is submitted, employees can track the status of their referral through the portal.
