• Eligibility: All current employees of Helios Technologies are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those in HR, recruitment roles, or those who would be the direct manager of the referred candidate.

• Positions Covered: The referral bonus program is applicable to a variety of roles, with a focus on tech and product positions. However, bonuses for non-tech roles are also available.

Bonus Structure

Tech / Product Roles

• Junior Level Positions:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Roles Include: Junior Software Developer, Product Analyst, Associate Product Manager

• Mid-Level Positions:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Roles Include: Software Engineer, Product Manager, UX/UI Designer

• Senior Level Positions:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Roles Include: Senior Software Engineer, Lead Product Manager, Data Scientist

Other Roles

• Non-Tech Roles:

Referral Process
