Referral Bonus for Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful referral.
  • Payout Structure:
    • $2,500 upon the new hire's completion of 90 days.
    • Remaining $2,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

• UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps Specialists:

  • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,500 per successful referral.
  • Payout Structure:
    • $1,750 after the completion of 90 days.
    • Remaining $1,750 after one year of employment.

Referral Bonus for Other Roles

• Administrative, Clinical, and Support Roles:

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed at HealthSouth at the time of each bonus payout.
• The referred candidate must not already be in the HealthSouth recruitment pipeline.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official HealthSouth referral portal to be eligible for the bonus.

Additional Notes

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• HealthSouth reserves the right to modify the referral bonus program at any time.
• Employees involved in the hiring process of the referred candidate are not eligible for referral bonuses.
