Below is a detailed overview of our referral bonus program, with a particular focus on tech and product roles, though it also applies to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired and complete a minimum of six months with the company.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after the candidate completes their first three months and the remaining 50% after six months.

Other Roles

• Administrative, HR, Finance, Non-Tech roles:
  • Bonus Amount: Up to $2,500
  • Eligibility: Similar to tech roles, the referred candidate must be hired and complete a minimum of six months with the company.
  • Payment Schedule: The bonus is also paid in two installments: 50% after three months and the remaining 50% after six months.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can submit. Employees will receive bonuses for each successful hire.
• Eligibility to Participate: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program except for HR team members, hiring managers, and employees involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Referrals should be submitted through the company's internal referral portal, providing detailed information about the candidate.
• Candidate Eligibility: To qualify, referred candidates must not have applied for a position at Healthcare Realty in the past six months or been previously employed by the company.
