To incentivize our team members to refer top-tier candidates, we offer a competitive referral bonus program. Below are the details of the program, focusing particularly on tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility:

• All current employees of Healthcare Associates of Texas, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate.
• Referrals must be external candidates who are not already part of our applicant database.

Bonus Structure:

• Tech/Product Roles: A successful referral for tech or product roles can earn an employee up to $3,000. These roles include, but are not limited to:
  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Analysts
  • UX/UI Designers
• Other Roles: For non-tech/product roles, the referral bonus can range from $500 to $2,000, depending on the position's level and department.

Payment Terms:

• The bonus is typically paid in two installments:
  1. 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  2. The remaining 50% after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Information:

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
