Eligibility Criteria

Referrer Eligibility: The referral bonus program is open to everyone, including employees of Headout. However, HR department employees, recruiters, or hiring managers involved in the recruitment process for the referred position are not eligible for the bonus.

Referred Candidate Eligibility:
- The candidate must not have been in contact with Headout for a job opportunity in the last 12 months.
- The candidate must not be a former employee of Headout who left within the past 2 years.

Successful Hire: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a probationary period of 90 days.
Payment Process
- The referral bonus will be paid out within 30 days after the referred candidate has completed their probationary period.
- The bonus is subject to applicable taxes and will be disbursed via the referrer’s preferred payment method.
