Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonuses are structured to incentivize employees for referring candidates to various roles. The bonuses vary based on the position level and are paid out in two installments: after the new hire's first 30 days and upon completion of their 6-month probationary period.

Tech and Product Roles

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000

  • $500 after 30 days
  • $500 after 6 months

• Mid-Level Positions: $2,500

  • $1,250 after 30 days
  • $1,250 after 6 months

• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000

  • $2,500 after 30 days
