  • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers

    • Bonus Amount: $5,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $2,500 after the new hire completes 3 months.
      • $2,500 after the new hire completes 12 months.
  • UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers

    • Bonus Amount: $4,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $2,000 after the new hire completes 3 months.
      • $2,000 after the new hire completes 12 months.

Other Roles

  • Sales Executives, Marketing Specialists

    • Bonus Amount: $3,000
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $1,500 after the new hire completes 3 months.
      • $1,500 after the new hire completes 12 months.
  • HR Managers, Administrative Staff

    • Bonus Amount: $2,000
    • Payout Schedule:

Eligibility Criteria

  1. The referral must be submitted through our official referral platform before the candidate applies.
  2. The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
  3. The referring employee must be actively employed at Hawkins at the time of both payouts.
