Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
• Bonus Amount:
  • Software Developers & Data Scientists: $5,000
  • Product Managers & UX/UI Designers: $4,000
  • DevOps Engineers: $4,500
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid upon the referred candidate's completion of 3 months of employment.
  • The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

Other Roles

• Eligible Positions: Finance Analysts, HR Specialists, Marketing Coordinators, etc.
• Bonus Amount:
  • Finance Analysts & HR Specialists: $3,000
  • Marketing Coordinators: $2,500
• Payment Schedule:
  • Full payment is made after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
