- Eligible Positions: Software Developers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, etc.
- Bonus Amount:
- Software Developers & Data Scientists: $5,000
- Product Managers & UX/UI Designers: $4,000
- DevOps Engineers: $4,500
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the bonus is paid upon the referred candidate's completion of 3 months of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
Other Roles
