Referral Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus varies depending on the role's level and department. For tech and product roles, which are often critical for HarborOne's growth and innovation, the bonuses are structured as follows:

• Junior Level (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager): $1,500
