Tech/Product Roles

• Eligible Positions: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers.
• Referral Bonus: $5,000 per successful referral.
• Disbursement:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

Other Eligible Roles

• Eligible Positions: Underwriters, Claims Adjusters, Marketing Specialists.
• Referral Bonus: $2,000 per successful referral.
• Disbursement:
  • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 12 months.

Program Details

• Eligibility: Current full-time employees of Hallmark Financial Services.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit the referral through the company’s internal referral platform. Ensure the candidate mentions the referring employee during the application process.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to Hallmark Financial Services within the last 12 months.

Additional Information

• Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make or bonuses they can earn.
• Exclusions: The program does not apply to executive-level positions or internships.
• Tax Implications: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through the employee’s regular payroll.
